This is the correct document to use for exemption. There is no CET form for this process as exemptions are dealt directly with the State Registrar's Office.

titleWhat do you do if a student is enrolled and being actively followed up on however it is time to submit the data and there is no transition information?

For students who have unenrolled the government is only after the blue information. 

For the student who is currently enrolled but disengaged, we would recommend using the Student Alert Letter as a template for informing the youth and their guardian of the obligations under the Education Act.

But at the end of the day, if you are unable to get the transition information from the youth, you will functionally fill out the submission to the government with no transition information available and transition Plan Approved set to "No" as per the example below.
