  • Your Paper Cut print card is provided by the TCEO. If your card is lost or misplaced, you may be required to pay for a replacement.

  • The Paper Cut card and printing itself is now linked to your CEnet/Google account. If you print something and send someone else to collect, they will need to be given your card, as it will not show up under anyone else’s account.

  • You can send multiple documents to the printer ready to be released later.

    • i.e., there is no longer a need to print 1 document and then go to the printer to collect.

    • You can send, for example, 10 documents to the printer over the course of a day then print them all at once whenever you are at the printer.

  • The print queue resets after 24 hours

  • You can access your printing by entering your @catholic email credentials at the printer, should you forget your card.

Let’s get started

Please log into the Company Portal App, using your @catholic/google credentials, you should then see a popup asking you to sign into PaperCut.   If you have not done so already, please login using your CEnet/Google username and password.

If you have not signed into the Company Portal or have not gotten the PaperCut popup, please see your local IT support staff or call CET ICT Support on 62 10886 or contact via email to ictsupport@catholic.tas.edu.au

CET print should automatically download and install.

You can close out of this program and you shouldn’t have to worry about it again.

Printing from a Computer

Print as usual, making sure to select ‘cet-print’ as the printer.

Enter your CEnet/Google username and password in the popup.

You can now go to any printer in your school, swipe your Paper Cut card.

This will bring up an option on the printer telling you how many jobs there are waiting and how many pages in total. You can choose to release all jobs which will print everything or continue to choose only those you need.

Tap the “Held Print Jobs” option to see the documents you have sent to the printer, ready to print. From here you can select which documents you want to print and delete the ones you don’t.
