YPD Database - Returning Data
DECYP and CET are currently engaged in development of a Data Sharing Agreement in replacement of the original MOU. We have paused the use of the YPD Database during this period. Transition Planning data will resume being shared with DECYP following the signing of the Agreement to ensure that young people who stop participating can be located and supported to move back into relevant learningCET will provide DECYP with two collections. One at the beginning of the school year - the data will be extracted from the Whole School Census which we already collect. The second collection will contain student Transition Plan information and provided to CET late October for submission to DECYP.
Continue following the OER process for any student that leave CET.
