The markbook for the Child Safety Course can be viewed by school delegates who are assigned the appropriate role and permission (CSSchoolDelegate).

A staff member is considered as having successfully completed the course if they have scored 10 out of 10 in the Child Safety Final Quiz, which can be viewed within the course mark book.

Viewing the Markbook

To view the Markbook, the school delegate can:

  1. Log into Canvas and select the Child Safety 2023 course

  2. Click on Marks which opens the markbook

 

 

  1. Review the column in the displayed table named “Child Safety FInal Quiz”.

Any staff with a 10 in this column have completed the course successfully.

Exporting the Markbook

School delegates are able to export the markbook once it is being displayed by:

  1. Selecting “Actions”, and then “Export Entire Marksbook”

     

  2. A CSV of the marksbook will be downloaded to your default download location where it can be opened and reviewed as required.
