Step 1
You will need to contact the IT Help Desk on 03 6210 8886, at ctsupport@catholic.tas.edu.au or submit a ticket via the ICT Support Portal. See our help document on Submitting a Ticket if you need help.
Step 2
One of our support team will walk you through the process. They will request some simple identification information before proceeding.
Step 3
The support team will reset your account password and you will be supplied with a temporary password. You will need to access your account using that password.
Step 4
Once you have accessed your account click on the Settings button.
Step 5
Click on the Edit Profile button.
Step 6
You may be prompted to verify your password. If this is the case you will need to use the temporary password you were provided with again.
Step 7
Scroll down the Settings page to the Change Password section.
Step 8
Enter your temporary password as the Current password and then enter your New password and confirm.
