Installation
Installation
Prior to Installation of the new Client the old Client must be removed. Click here for the process.

Download the Forticlient installer from here. Locate the installer in your downloads folder and double click ForticlientUpdate window will open. Double click FortiClientUpdate Forti FortiClient VPN installer will download the imagesoftware. When download is done click install Install Tick the Yes I have read the licence agreement box and hit next Image RemovedClick Install, wait for the installer to finish then click Finish Open the Forticlient VPN, tick the Acknowledge box and click I Accept Proceed to Configuration sectionWhen the installation client pops up hit Continue on the next two screens Image AddedOn the following two screens hit Agree, then Install Image AddedThere will be a pop up asking for Admin credentials - if you don't have those speak to your local ICT Support Next is a pop up FortiTray would Like to ADD VPN Configurations. Click Allow. Installation will complete. Hit Closewhen it’s done Image AddedRestart your computer, then proceed to Configuration section of this article
