Adding Additional Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

Document Overview

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is a necessary security step which will help verify that you are the person logging in to your CET account by asking for a code, which is sent in various different ways depending on which you choose to set up. You may wish to have multiple factors enabled.

Instructions

Step 1

Using your preferred browser and navigate to my.catholic.tas.edu.au and login using your Username (firstname.lastname) and Password.

Step 2

Click on your Name and then click Settings on the pop up menu.

Step 3

Scroll down to the Extra Verification menu. You will see which Multi-factor Authorisations (MFA) you have enabled and what other options are available.

Step 4

Click on any of the options to begin the process of enabling them. Please refer to our Setting Up Multi-factor Authorisations document for help with setting any of these options up.
